Riley Hallaway is a journalist, editor, director, and travel photographer whose work has reached audiences around the world. A documentary he directed was featured on HBO's "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver," and his photography has been internationally recognized.

 

Riley currently works as a video journalist at Explore Minnesota, telling stories about the people, places, and history of the state. Previously, Riley worked as a video journalist at Forbes, where he created cinematic short documentaries and explainer videos on topics such as business, politics, technology, and the environment.

 

In addition to his role at Explore Minnesota, he collaborates as a freelance content creator for various brands and news media outlets, bringing a distinctive visual storytelling approach to every project. ​
